- 1¼ cups (310mL) water
- 1 tablespoon Flora Salt Reduced Spread
- 125g packet Continental Chicken Rice
- 1 carrot, sliced
- ½ cup corn kernels
- ½ cup peas
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken, skin removed

- Bring water and Flora Spread to the boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in contents of Continental Chicken Rice packet, carrot, corn, peas and chicken. Cover and cook gently for 10 minutes.
- Stir well, replace lid and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
For a balanced meal: Serve with a tossed green salad.

- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- ¼ cup (60mL) milk
- 1 tablespoon Flora Spread*
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 500g lean lamb mince, or beef mince
- 1 packet Continental Shepherd's Pie Recipe Base
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup (250mL) water
* Made using Floral Original Spread

- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Boil potatoes and mash with milk and Flora Spread.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or saucepan and brown onion and mince. Add Recipe Mix, water and carrot; stir well.
- Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Place into an ovenproof dish, top with mashed potatoes and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
For a balanced meal: Serve with steamed broccoli.

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 250g skinless chicken breast fillet, sliced
- 1 cup (250mL) low fat milk
- 1¼ cups (310mL) water
- 1 packet Continental Alfredo Pasta & Sauce
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon toasted cashew nuts

- Heat the oil, add chicken and cook until nicely browned. Add the milk and water and bring to the boil.
- Add contents of Alfredo Pasta & Sauce packet and bring back to the boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini and tomatoes for the last 2 minutes.
For a balanced meal: Serve with a tossed green salad and crusty wholemeal bread.

- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups (1Litre) Continental Simply Stock Chicken Salt Reduced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 leek, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 stalks celery, cut into strips
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- Boil potatoes in half the stock until they are tender, cool slightly. Blend or process until smooth.
- Heat oil in large saucepan and brown chicken. Add leek, carrot and celery and fry until softened. Add remaining stock and pureed potato mixture and simmer for 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir through thyme and parsley just before serving.
For a balanced meal: Serve with a crusty wholemeal roll.

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 500g chicken thigh fillets, cubed
- 1 leek, sliced thinly
- 1½ cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups (375mL) Continental Simply Stock Chicken
- ¼ cup (60mL) cream
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons Flora Spread*, melted
- 6 sheets filo pastry, halved
* Made using Floral Original Spread

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and brown chicken. Add leek and fry until softened. Stir through corn, stock and combined cream and cornflour. Simmer, stirring, until sauce thickens. Stir through mustard and thyme.
- Pour filling into a shallow 1.5 Litre ovenproof dish. Brush pastry sheets with melted Flora Spread, scrunch and gently place on top of filling. Bake 15-20 minutes or until pastry is crisp and browned.
For a balanced meal: Serve with steamed baby carrots and broccolini.

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 16 beef chipolatas
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 1 pack Continental Golden Honey & Mustard Flavour Base
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves

- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry chipolatas, until browned and cooked through. Remove chipolatas from pan and drain on absorbent paper.
- Add onion to pan and fry gently until softened. Return chipolatas to pan with Golden Honey & Mustard Flavour Base and spinach leaves. Stir until chipolatas are heated through and spinach is just wilted.
For a balanced meal: Serve with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.

- 2 x 500g packs gnocchi
- 4 rashers bacon, trimmed, cut into thin strips
- ½ cup (125mL) cream
- 1 pack Continental Italian Tomato, Herb & Garlic Flavour Base
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves

- Cook gnocchi according to directions on packet. Drain and set aside.
- Fry the bacon in a large frying pan until browned. Add cream and Flavour Base and stir until heated through but not boiling. Stir through gnocchi and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
For a balanced meal: Serve with a tossed green salad.

- 500g blade or topside steak, cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cups button mushrooms, halved
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 packet Continental Rich Beef Casserole Recipe Base
- 1¼ cups (320mL) water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

 |

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place onions, beef, mushrooms and carrots in a casserole dish.
- Combine Recipe Base, water and tomato paste and add to beef. Cover and cook for 1½ hours or until beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
For a balanced meal: Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans
